Check-out: Until 12:00 PM.
According to Ordinance 28/2025 of the Ministry of Tourism, the daily rate includes 21 hours of effective use of the unit and a 3-hour operational window intended for cleaning and inspection procedures.
Accommodation of Minors
Courtesy: One child up to 07 years old is exempt from charges, provided they share the same bed as their parents. From 08 years old onwards, the full rate applies.
Documentation: The presentation of an identity document or birth certificate of the minor is mandatory.
Authorization: According to the Child and Adolescent Statute (Law 8.069/90), minors unaccompanied by their parents must present formal authorization with a notarized signature.
Payments and Rates
Installments: Up to 3 installments on a credit card, with a minimum installment amount of R$ 200.00.
Payment methods: Checks are not accepted.
Fees: ISS is already included in the daily rate. We do not charge a service fee (10%).
Internal Rules and Restrictions
Smoke-Free Law: Smoking is prohibited in any indoor area or apartment (Law 9.294/1996). Failure to comply will result in an additional cleaning fee of R$ 550.00.
Pets: Pets are not allowed inside the hotel premises.
Services and Additional Charges
Breakfast: Included in the daily rate, served exclusively at the restaurant.
Parking: Additional cost of R$ 40.00 per day.
Extra Bed: Amount of R$ 150.00 per night.
Cribs: Subject to availability at check-in.
Responsibilities
The hotel is not responsible for objects left on its premises or for service interruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events, such as failures in electricity supply or breakdowns of external equipment.
