Cancellations may be made free of charge up to 3 (three) days prior to the check-in date. After this deadline, a fee equivalent to one night’s stay will be charged. During holidays and peak season, cancellations or modifications may be made free of charge up to 7 (seven) days prior to the check-in date. For the New Year’s period, the deadline for cancellations or modifications without a fee is 30 (thirty) days prior to the check-in date.
Non-refundable reservation: Please note that if you cancel, modify, or fail to show up, the full reservation amount will be charged. Prepayment of the total price will be charged at any time. We do not offer refunds. If the charge is not authorized by the credit card company, the reservation will be cancelled.
